It was refreshing to take some time off to be home with my daughter Gracie and other intimate Family get-togethers. It was nice to sleep in (sometimes) but man my baby is now a Toddler and on the move!
For Christmas Santa brought her a Toy Kitchen and the little girl in me was so excited! It has been entertainment all day long and we got matching Johanna Gaines Aprons to go with it.
I love my little family so much and I know everyone says it but I don't know what life was like before Gracie.
This photo is at my Shafer Family Christmas party and as you can tell we are in some Festive Gear. My dad is a Christmas nut like me and he went above and beyond on the Holiday gifts.

Gracie was such a sweetheart with our cousins. I am the oldest of the crew as you can tell but it was so nice to be able to see everyone for Christmas. We opened presents, danced to Frozen 2 and sang some Queen on a toy microphone and guitar. (No, Gracie doesn't need one for Christmas next year family!)
This was our current state at the end of break. Gracie will sit and watch anything Frozen. I wake up singing the soundtrack if that tells you anything :)
And to round out the break, Gracie has gotten taller and can reach countertops, chairs, windows and now her diaper cart with the Diaper Cream. She at least brought it to me in the kitchen but straight to the bath we went after this incident.
