Chase Rice announced that he's getting into the bar and restaurant business. He's opening a 5,000 square-foot venue in Cleveland, Ohio called "Welcome to the Farm." Doors will be opening sometime in December and it'll be located in the Flats East Bank.
He's partnered with former Cleveland baseball player Jason Kipnis.
