Granger Smith's wife Amber revealed in a new Instagram post that some good has come out of the los of their 3-year-old son River. Following the three-year-old’s accidental drowning death the couple donated River’s organs, which went on to help save the lives of two people.
It took a while before the couple found out if River’s organs helped anyone, but Amber shares, “We got the letter that our tiny, red-headed hero gave life to 2 adults. A 49-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man. I cried when we opened it. Cried out of sadness & cried out of love.”
