Researchers at the University of Miami believe they have figured out the exact amount of exercise you need to keep your brain functioning at a high level.
In order to keep your brain in tip-top shape, you've got to get out there and exercise 52 hours every six months. That's just two hours a week.
Just that little bit of exercise ends up boosting your thinking and problem solving abilities.
Of course, the scientists recommend exercising more than that. But, it's good to know there are solid benefits to just doing something here and there each week. (The Ladders)
