The Walking Dead is approaching the end. Season 11 will be the show's final one.
There are still 6 episodes of season 10 to be filmed. Things were delayed by the pandemic. Once season 10 officially ends in early 2021, season 11 will be extended to 24 episodes and will stretch from late 2021 into 2022.
AMC is not letting the story completely die. The network is ordering a spinoff series featuring characters Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier. That show is scheduled to debut in 2023.
