Residents of Seattle, Washington will able to vote using their smartphones in a local upcoming election. Citizens can use their phones to cast their ballots for an upcoming Board of Supervisors election between now and Election Day on February 11th.

Voting won't be available for the general election coming up in November but some believe that technology can greatly improve voter turnout. Others say this can open election to hackers and other type of voter fraud.

Do you think this would be used in a general election?
