This day in age, it is common to see people constantly on their cell phones and racking up screen time.

Most of us can go hours on our computer, phone or tablet and not even realize it.

Here are some steps you can take to help reduce screen time:

  • Think before checking your phone.
  • Set screen time limits.
  • Delete your most screen time sucking apps.
  • Don’t take your phone to bed.
  • Switch your phone to grayscale.
  • Turn off app notifications.
  • Tell your friends to call you, not text.
  • Designate a screen free room in your home.
  • Set boundaries with others.
