- A lot of people are wasting time at work using dating apps. A survey found that the use of dating apps on company-issued phones and other devices has gone up by 69% in the past year. People spend an average of about 7 minutes and 51 seconds a work day swiping. That’s about 47 minutes a week.
- According to a new survey, most Millennials don’t consider themselves adults until they turn 30. To be clear, the definition used for “adult” here is, “someone who has moved out of their parents’ home, has a job, and pays their own bills.” (The Wrap)
- Time to go for a walk … A new study published in the International Journal of Obesity says that in order to be healthy, you should be logging 15,000 steps per day. That’s roughly three hours of walking, by the way. (Pure Wow)
