Do you eat three meals a day? Apparently, you’re in the minority. A new survey found that 75 percent of Americans say they no longer eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. So what are we doing? We’re snacking. The research found that more and more of us are opting for "snack meals" and smaller bites throughout the day. In fact, 86 percent of those surveyed said they had replaced a traditional meal with a snack meal. So what are snack meals? According to the survey, these are the Top Snack or Small Meals:
- Cheese
- Crackers
- Fruit
- Chips
- Nuts
- Veggies
- Yogurt
- Sweets
- Pretzels
- Frozen Mozzarella Sticks (SWNS)

Millennials are winning at marriage … According to a new study from the University of Maryland, Millennials are doing better at staying married than the generations before them. Researchers found that Millennials are being pickier about who they marry and are tying the knot at older ages, when they have their lives sorted out a bit more. Partly because of this, the U.S. divorce rate has dropped a whopping 18 percent since 2008. (Bloomberg Quint)
