"[Our findings] were not a rule or true of every woman but we do find that, at levels greater than chance, partners did show some subtle resemblance to the women's brothers," said lead researcher Tamsin Saxson. Just in time for Memorial Day Weekend grilling … While Americans eat 20 billion hot dogs a year, a new survey reveals that 43 percent of us are too scared to find out what's in them. The survey, by Hormel’s Applegate division, found that women are more afraid of hot dog ingredients than men. 50 percent of females are scared to find out what's in hot dogs, compared to 37 percent of males. The survey also found that 33 percent of Americans avoid hot dogs because they think they’re made with low-quality meat, chemicals and artificial ingredients, and that 70 percent of Americans wish hot dogs were made with fewer ingredients.
