Here’s a good reason to quit the habit … A Japanese company is giving its non-smoking employees an extra six vacation days a year to make up for the time smokers get to take for cigarette breaks. The company, Piala, Inc., introduced the new policy in September, after non-smokers complained they were working more than their co-workers who smoked. (Business Insider)
Here’s a new name for cheating … cushioning. Yep, there’s a new relationship trend called cushioning, which is basically having someone to fall back on if things don't work out in your current relationship. What happens is you start to talk, flirt, spend time with, and maybe even hook up with this other person, who becomes your safety “cushion,” or relationship insurance, if you break up with the person you’re with.
