Shania Twain surprised the Austin City Limits Music Festival audience when she joined headliner Sabrina Carpenter on stage over the weekend. Together, the genre-blending pair performed Twain’s iconic late 90s anthem, “That Don’t Impress Me Much.”

Twain released “That Don’t Impress Me Much” on her Come On Over record, which also included “Man! I Fee Like a Woman!,” “You’re Still the One,” “Honey, I’m Home” and more. She shared a clip of the performance with Carpenter on TikTok, including the moment she swapped her lyric, “Okay, so you're Brad Pitt,” for, “Okay, so you’re from Austin, Texas.” Twain referenced the same lyric in her caption: “Okay, so you’re [Sabrina Carpenter]? That does impress-uh me much! 😘 Love ya girl, I had a blast joining you 💖”

The collaborative performance between the two Grammy-winning artists marks a full circle moment after Carpenter covered “That Don’t Impress Me Much” on her “Short n' Sweet Tour.” Carpenter said Austin City Limits was “a perfect night,” as she shared a few photos on Instagram. Twain wrote in the comments that it was “a blast.” The country-pop megastar shared a photo with Carpenter and said, “It’s like Loretta and Dolly except it’s SHANIA & SABRINA 💖” Watch a clip of their performance below.
