Sleepless nights are common, according to a survey, 68% of Americans have at least one sleepless night per week.
However, there's some things you can do to help prevent you from losing sleep.
Sleep doctors suggest listening to soothing music, not looking at their phones or their clocks, going to a different part of the house to read something boring, taking a small dose of melatonin, exercising during the day, focusing on resting rather than sleeping and avoiding sugar and caffeine later in the day.
