A survey out England found our energy level reaches its highest point at 10:28 A.M. each day. That's when the most people feel like they have the most energy. But then it trends downward around 2:43 P.M.
The survey also asked people what they are too tired to do and here the top ten responses:
1. Exercise
2. Clean
3. Have sex
4. Put your laundry away
5. Cook
6. Go for a walk
7. Hang out with friends
8. Wash the dishes
9. Go to the gym
10. Go to a friend's place
