A New York man who lives in a wooded area normally checks his clothes and shoes for insects before he leaves his house. Well on this day he was running late for a training session so he didn't have time to check his clothing like he normally does.
When he got to the gym and changed his shoes and a bunch of spiders came crawling out of his shoe!
“I freaked out and dropped the shoe only to realize that mama spider was wedged between my toes and there were alive and dead baby spiders on my socks,” said the man.
