This video was sent to ABC 6 and Fox 28 from The Dupont Plant in Circleville which shows a massive funnel cloud in the background of lightning strikes.
Homes south of Circleville was hit (the National Weather Service is still going out to investigate and declare it a tornado), semi trucks were overturned and the most damage was done in Dayton.
