Yikes-This is the LAST thing I would want to see at a place I eat, or anyone eats for that matter but it actually happened on the westside of Columbus recently. The video was shot by Tiana Ellis on August 19, while she waited in the parking lot of a nearby gas station. "I saw them out of the corner of my eye," Said Ellis. "I didn't know what they were at first, but they were big."
On Thursday, Sports On Tap, 4030 Main Street, Hilliard, has an Administrative Hearing with FCPH, due to repeated and uncorrected violations. Over the past two months, there's been three inspections for a total of 87 violations, 26 of them critical. The inspector noted, "Due to the number of violations, employees are not properly trained in food safety."
Critical violations include:
- Employee cracking raw eggs with their bare hands and not wash them.
- Food not properly date-marked.
- Expired food.
- Food not properly cooled.
- Dirty utensils.
- Rodent feces in the basement.
