There was a proposal by the Mayor of Bomida, Italy to offer people $2,100 to move there. Bormida, a remote quaint mountain village with a population of just 394 has been dwindling lately so Mayor Danielle Galliano proposed the idea to increase the population and keep the city vibrant.  Sadly it turned out to be too good to be true with the town sighting it was just a proposal .FYI: The nearest city is Genoa, 50 miles away. Looking at these pictures I must say what an interesting proposal. Would you have done it?
