A new study by the real-estate website Trulia finds that in several U.S. cities, 28-to-32-year-olds are killing it. Based on home ownership rates, income levels and highest level of education attained, here are the 10 U.S. cities that are home to the most successful millennials:

  1. Philadelphia, PA
  2. Grand Rapids, MI
  3. Omaha, NE-Council Bluffs, IA
  4. New Orleans, LA
  5. Oklahoma City, OK
  6. Greenville, SC
  7. Pittsburgh, PA
  8. Salt Lake City, UT
  9. Allentown, PA
  10. Charleston, SC
