Second baseman Jose Altuve left Tuesday's game against the Cleveland Indians after a scary collision in right field.
Altuve appeared to make the catch before getting clotheslined by right fielder Teoscar Hernandez.
Hernandez was carted off the field and replaced by George Springer. Altuve, who appeared to get hit in the face, walked off the field on his own was replaced by Marwin Gonzalez.
