NFL Star Will Donate ALL of his 2017 Endorsement Earnings to Charity

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett makes a lot of money from endorsement deals and is putting his money where his heart is ... charity.

The Pro Bowl lineman announced that he will donate all of his 2017 endorsement earnings to "help rebuild minority communities through STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math) programs, as well as initiatives that directly affect women of color."

He added that half of his jersey sales will go towards programs that support inner-city garden projects.

Bennett, whose NFL salary earns him around $10 million a year, is urging other professional athletes to join him in giving back. He says, "I'm asking all professional athletes to join me by donating a portion of your endorsements this year to a cause of your choice. We can make a difference. It's up to us to help plant seeds of hope and help fuel the future." (Sports Illustrated)
