Prize Pickup Instructions & Directions

Pickup Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Many of our prizes are now able to be sent directly to you. Please review our prize distribution process below: When your prize is available for distribution, you will receive a digital prize release form from PromoSuiteNext to sign. Once this form is signed, you prize will be sent you via email or U.S. Mail. Prizes will be distributed with in 5-10 business days of form being completed. Our promotions team will contact you directly if you need to pick up your prize in person. Please note, often time prizes will not be available for immediate distribution. Concert tickets are often distributed 1-3 days prior to show date.
