The Health Benefits of Peaches

There is nothing like a sweet and juicy peach. Not only are they tasty, but they also have lots of health benefits:

  • They serve up some great vitamin C.
  • They promote good eye health.
  • They are a quick and easy source of fiber.
  • They can help manage your blood pressure.

In order to reap all the health benefits of peaches, you can pop them on the grill, slice them and eat them raw, make a homemade peach salsa or dip them into your yogurt or cottage cheese.

I highly recommended sautéing them with some onions and garlic and added it on top of grilled pork chops!
