Cassie and Chris Langan asked their three kids to take a day trip with them to the city of Warrnambool in Victoria, but instead of appreciating the outing, the kids gave them the classic response: “That’s so boring, I don’t want to go.”
Sp, they left their kids at home and brought along the family modem instead.
In a hilarious Facebook post, Cassie wrote that they left the unappreciative kids at home and took the “most overworked family member for a well deserved day out.” She shares that “Modem had a fantastic day not being used by the kids and it was lovely not to listen to constant bickering.” This all went along with photos of the modem on the beach, at lunch and more.
The post has gotten more than 23-thousand comments and as you can imagine, most of them call the parents “awesome” and one even awarded it “Parenting win of the year and it’s only January.”
