Dietitian Says To Eat Pizza Instead Of Cereal for Breakfast

Dietician named Chelsey Amer says it would actually be better for you to eat pizza for breakfast instead of cereal.

She says, "You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories."

So because Pizza has more protein it's better to have that for breakfast because it'll keep you full throughout the morning and contains less sugar and fat that cereal that's known to give you a sugar rush then crash.
