Travis Denning is channeling country videos from the 2000s for his video for his latest single “ABBY,” an anagram for Anybody But You.
“I swear the early 2000’s were perfect for country music,” Travis says in the clip. “They were cheesy, but God they were fun, and they’re so nostalgic now.”
When it comes to bringing the song to life, Travis tells CMT, “This song has always made people smile and laugh, and that’s exactly what the video does,” noting, “I think not taking myself too seriously and poking a little fun is what the song is about, and we definitely accomplished that in the video.”
