We all have let our phones get too hot in the warm months, so here are some tips to help keep it safe.
1. Don't leave it in direct sunlight. Especially, if you are charging it in the sun that makes it even HOTTER.
2. Don't leave it in your parked car. On a 95-degree day, it takes about an hour for the temperature in there to hit 115. And according to Apple, you shouldn't store your iPhone anywhere over 113 degrees.
3. Never put your phone under your pillow.
Another tip is if your phone does get hot don't try to cool it off immediately because the shift in temperature change will hurt all of the stuff "inside" your phone.
