Carrie Underwood's Son Has Story Time with Dad

If this just isn’t the cutest thing that ever existed…

Carrie Underwood posted a video this weekend of 2 ½-year-old son Isaiah sitting in dad Mike Fisher’s lap enjoying story time.

The little one listens closely as his dad reads the story of Noah and his arc and then aces a quiz about the identity of the animals on the page.

“Story time with Daddy…Learning about Noah…and my heart melts…” Carrie captioned the video with three heart emojis.

Carrie is home recovering from a fall last November that left her with a broken wrist and injured face.

She recently shared an update on how her wrist is healing, captioning an image of an X-ray with “good to go.”

“Last check up on the old wrist this morning!! Thanks, Dr. Wurth and my PT angel, Renee, a.k.a. ‘Bulldog’ for fixing me up,” she added.

On New Year’s Eve, Carrie revealed in a message to fan club members she had received more than 40 stitches in her face during surgery.

“I am determined to make 2018 amazing and I want to share things with you along the way,” the singer also wrote. “And when I am ready to get in front of a camera, I want you all to understand why I might look a bit different.”

Aside from spending quality time with family as she continues to heal, Carrie is also in the studio working on new music—set to drop sometime this year.
