Monday night (April 24th) Chris Soules was in a pickup when he rear ended a tractor that went in to a ditch. The drive of the tractor, 66 year old Kenneth Mosher, died in result of the accident.
Chris Soules was then arrested Tuesday morning for fleeing the scene of an accident that involved a death. He was not charged with driving under the influence.
