VIDEO: ABC Officer Pushed Chris Young To The Ground Before His Arrest

Chris Young was arrested for disorderly conduct and allegedly assaulting an officer at a Nashville bar. The incident took place during a routine compliance check of identification and license cards at the bar Tin Roof. According to the reports Chris reportedly confronted and filmed the officers before a confrontation ensued. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault of an officer. He was released from jail the next morning.

Video posted (below) by Nick Beres of Newschannel 5 in Nashville shows Chris Young in a leather jacket and black hat, reportedly waiting to ask officers why they took a picture of his ID. As he reaches out to the agent walking past him, the officer then pushes Chris, knocking him into the bar and onto the ground.

Chris then gets up and backs away with his hands up as a crowd gathers in the middle of the altercation.

The video doesn’t show Chris strike the officer in the shoulder as the report alleges, but he does appear to touch the agent as he walks by in an attempt to get their attention.
