Eric Church went into Green Bay, Wisconsin last weekend as a country star and left as part-owner of the Packers thanks to two fans that gifted him a tiny share of the team.
WhiskeyRiff.com talked to someone who claimed to be very close to the two guys who pulled it off. Quote, "Eric Church is now an owner of the Green Bay Packers thanks to my husband and brother-in-law."
The Packers are the only NFL team that is publicly owned. There are over 360,000 stockholders.
