According to a new study from France, raw and fermented cabbage can fight COVID-19 by reducing the levels of a compound that helps the virus infect the body.
The study found that cabbage – whether raw, pickled, or in coleslaw -- could help people build up resistance to the virus. The study found that cucumbers were also found to have coronavirus-fighting properties.
During this study they found Germany had the lowest mortality rate with the virus and we all know they love their sauerkraut!
