Pickerington High School North and Central are usually cross-town rivals, but in 1990, when only one high school existed, the PHS Marching Band first performed Amazing Grace, pioneering a beloved community tradition.
Today the song is still played before every performance and when both North and Central bands are present at events like football games so, the rival bands have joined forces once again to perform a virtual version to bring hope to the community.
