A 13 year old boy from the United Kingdom named Cullum Manning started an Instagram account for reviewing books. Unfortunately, we know kids can be mean and they started bullying him over his idea.
That's when Cullum's older sister stepped in and asked some of her friends to follow him to encourage him to keep the account running. That's when the account blew up!
