A study out of Dartmouth College in New Hampshire just about confirms the mid-life crisis theory.
The survey polled over eight million Americans to find out when people are the most miserable. The pinpointed age was 47.2 years of age.
The study showed that are happiness has a "U shaped curve" during our adult lives. Basically, we start off happy but eventually dip down in our 30s and 40s before eventually trending back upward.
Why are people so miserable at 47 years old? Supposedly, it is when we find out our dreams won't come...
