You Can Burn Twice As Much Fat Exercising Before Breakfast

A recent study found that you can burn twice as much fat exercising before breakfast.

Researchers conducted a six week long study training 30 overweight men, they all the same foods and did the same exercises. The only thing that different was the time of day they worked out.

The ones who worked out the earliest burned twice as much fat. This is the case because exercising on an empty stomach causes the body to burn stored fat instead of calories from food.
