When do you finally cave in and decide to give your kid the smartphone they've been begging for?
According to a recent study, most people end up buying their child a cell phone between the ages of 12-16. However, 4% of people think their kids should have a cell phone before the age of 10. Surprisingly, 8% of people think it shouldn't be until the age of 18 or older!
