Carrie Underwood teams with Joan Jett for this year’s Sunday Night Football theme song, “Waiting All Day For Sunday Night,” and opening, and now we’re getting a little sneak peek in to what it took to create this year’s opening number.
The opening was filmed at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium and is expected to feature 13 NFL players, including the Seattle Seahawks’ Russell Wilson,the Los Angeles Rams’ Jared Goff, Fletcher Cox from the Philadelphia Eagles and more.
