Raising your first child can be stressful for new parents due to lack of free time and sleep.
For most people, family and neighbors offer their help or drop off food during the first few months however, one couple in Philadelphia is, asking their neighbors to reach out with support ahead of time.
Jim Burns posted on the site Meal Train asking his neighbors to help them out with because he felt they could cook their meals, clean the house, and even walk the dog while they focus on raising their first child.
The now deleted request had specific menus written out, which could be left in a cooler he placed outside the home, so as not to be distracted.
